Return the unused merchandise.
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their WallyBags® order. If you are unhappy with your online purchase made through our website, you may return the unused merchandise within 30 days from the original shipment date for a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be shipped back to us:
1. In its original condition, new and unused.
2. With its original WallyBags.com packing slip.
3. With clear indication of the RMA number our website return form will provide to you.
Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We can refuse the refund if these requirements are not followed.
Please note: Merchandise must be returned to the point of purchase. Therefore, we can only accept returns for purchases made directly through our website or customer service. Refunds will be processed as soon as we have received the product back. The refund will be applied to the credit card originally used for the purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for this credit to show on your statement.
Returning a Gift
If you are returning a gift that someone has purchased for you through our website, the refund will be processed in the name of the person who placed the order. Gift exchanges can only be made if you are exchanging the item for the same in a different color or for another item at the same price. Please indicate this in the “Reason for Return” field.
If an incorrect product was shipped to you, please contact customer service at 800-233-4545 or use the form below to process an exchange. Please explain in the “Reason for Return” that an incorrect item was shipped to you and you are requesting the correct product instead of a refund. We will provide you with instructions on how to ship the incorrect item back to us, at our cost, and we will promptly replace your product.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your merchandise was received defective or damaged please contact customer service at 800-233-4545 or use the form below to arrange for a replacement. Please provide all necessary information on the damage or defect in the “Reason for Return” field, and that you are requesting a replacement instead of a refund.
Embroidered, Screen Printed, or Monogrammed bags cannot be returned.
