A: You may have purchased one of our limited WallyBags® styles that does not include a WallyLock®. Styles that do not include a WallyLock® are 624, 625, 626, 654, 655, and 656.

Q. How do you use the WallyLock®?
A: In general, open the WallyLock® and insert your hangers between the rubber channels. When closed, your hangers will be held securely in place.

Q: Do WallyBags® garment bags meet carry-on regulations for air travel?
A: In general, most airlines will allow you to carry-on your WallyBags® garment bag, however, certain styles may not be approved.  Please consult with your airline before traveling.

Q: Where do I find the Style No. of my WallyBags® purchase?
A: The Style No. is printed on the bottom left corner of the WallyBags® hangtag that came with your purchase.

Q: What is the difference between WallyBags® fabrics?
A: WallyBags® offers durable and water repellent fabrics that differ in appearance, thread density or thickness (denier), and weight including:
210 Denier Nylon | 420 Denier Nylon | 1000 Denier Cordura Nylon | 1680 Denier Ballistic Nylon | 210 Denier Polyester | 600 Denier Polyester.

Q: Which is better: center or side zipper opening?
A: WallyBags® offers garment bag styles with center and side zipper main compartments. Both types of zippers extend the full length of the bag, providing easy access to load and unload your clothes. Sometimes our customers will prefer one type of zipper opening over the other, so we offer styles that include both types.

Q: How much clothing will fit into a WallyBags® garment bag?
A: In general, WallyBags® garment bags will hold 6 to 8 items in the main compartment depending on the dimensions of the bag, size of your clothing, and the size of hangers used with the WallyLock®. For example, you may be able to pack more clothing using smaller wire hangers than larger plastic tube shaped hangers.

Q: Are WallyBags® made in the USA?
A: WallyBags® maintains a production facility where some of our products are manufactured in the USA. In addition, our products are manufactured overseas using the same quality standards as our domestic production.

Q: Can I upgrade to express shipping?
A: In general, orders placed through wallybags.com will be shipped the following business day by your choice of Standard Ground, Second Day Air, or Next Day Air.

Q: Do WallyBags® garment bags come with special hangers?
A: Because the WallyLock® hanger clamping system is designed to work with your own hangers, special hangers are not needed. WallyLock® will accept most types of wire, metal, and tubular plastic hangers.
